Jenny Arrington, yoga teacher and wellness advisor at Northwestern University, will be hosting a couples yoga workshop on Friday June 7th from 6:30-7:45pm. This makes for a great alternative to your traditional date night! You DO NOT need any yoga experience to attend, as this is not your typical yoga class. Instead Jenny and her partner Josh will guide you and your partner through a series of simple yet powerful partner poses, stretches, and breath work exercises designed to strengthen communication while having fun! These exercises provide the opportunity to overcome small challenges and delight in slowing down, communicating mindfully, and sharing together in a meaningful experience.
