Explore the fun, daring, and intimate ways Yoga can deepen the connection and build trust with your partner. Jenny will guide you through asanas, breath, and meditations that are hands on with your partner. Your partner’s assistance will deepen and maximize your experience of the postures, enhance your meditations, and maybe even help explore the edges of your comfort zone. You will leave feeling relaxed and more connected to your partner, having experienced something new together and seeing something new in each other.
